Our Story

Garth’s Graveyard Garage is a family owned operation proudly located in Canyon Lake, Texas. The brainchild of Matthew Garth, GGG grew from his love for cars and watching old, abandoned vehicles come back to life with just a little love and elbow grease.

Growing up, Matthew always enjoyed figuring out how things worked and what crazy things he might be able to do with them. Following his grandfather and his uncle as they worked on cars, his love for abandoned and resurrected vehicles was established. As he began to explore careers and possible directions for his life, this was something that always stuck with him. No matter what he was doing in his life, the garage was his happy place. When his wife passed on unexpectedly in 2017, it became his refuge.

Matthew’s experience in and around garages had shown him that women weren’t always treated equally when it came to purchasing or upkeep of vehicles. As a single father of girls, this took on more significant meaning for him. He determined early on that his girls were going to be different.

Along with the dream of working in the garage with his girls, Matthew has always had a heart for the community. Wherever possible, serving others and giving back has always been a driving factor in his life. In an age where a working vehicle can mean the difference between being able to work, pay bills, and care for a family, this is more important than ever. As he builds GGG, Matthew’s goals are to be able to bless others with affordable, working vehicles that can make a positive change to their lives.

Now he loves spending his days in the garage and working on the Youtube channel with his girls, Vivian and Riley.
